COVID-19 Response

Coronavirus Update

    To our valued customers, partners and suppliers, the last few weeks have been like no other that we have ever seen.  Thus, we extend our best wishes to our entire third-party ecosystem during this very troubling period.  We recognize the sudden and dramatic impact of COVID-19 creates many challenges for all of us.   During this time of extraordinary change and uncertainty, Au-Zone is taking steps to continue engineering development and technical support activities while adhering to the advice and guidelines provide by both local and national authorities.  

    In order to keep our team safe, Au-Zone has implemented social distancing by transitioning the team to working remotely.   The Au-Zone team will continue to be fully engaged; however, all team members will be working from a remote or home office for the foreseeable future.  During this period, Au-Zone will continue to operate during normal business hours from 8 am to 6 pm MDT.   All inquiries and technical support requests will be responded to in accordance with standard response times.    Au-Zone will make every effort to provide the level of service and support our customers have come to expect.  

    In closing, even though the lights have been temporarily dimmed at the office, we remain focused and more committed than ever on product development and customer support as we work collaboratively with our third party ecosystem to make AI / ML intelligence at the edge a reality.
